01 — Concept

Neither industrial estate nor coworking. A new category.

When one of your clients drives to a classic industrial estate on the Costa del Sol — Marbella's, San Pedro's — they already know what to expect: traffic jams just to get in, improvised pavements, dirt, the occasional unsavoury character around, and that uneasy feeling when they return to the car wondering if everything is still as they left it. Not a good showcase for a business that cares about how it welcomes visitors.

Here, instead, you are inside the residential-golf surroundings of Rio Real. Wide pavements, proper lighting, cared-for vegetation, branded commercial neighbours and owned underground parking.
